   This summer, InSports was able to make another huge impact within the Twin Cities youth community. We were able to travel to over 10 schools for 14 different InSports days, in which we helped over 4,000 more kids get into the game! This summer, the kids were able to play lacrosse, football, soccer, "Capture the Football" and "Lord of the Rings". Overall, many of the kids were exposed to a sport or activity that they had never played before. They were also able to participate in fun exercises with the Premier Sport Psychology team, eat some snacks donated by the MATTER company, and meet a few professional athletes.

​The kids weren't the only ones who had fun this summer- we did too! Through our free camps, these kids were able to stay active, try something new, and have fun. We can't wait to be back again next year!
